How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Professional kits and bulk orders may require an additional 48 hours for processing.
Can I return professional-grade tools or opened polish?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Are your gel polishes compatible with all UV/LED lamps?
Our gel polishes are formulated to cure under most standard UV/LED lamps. For optimal results and maximum durability, we recommend a lamp with at least 36W of power.
Do you offer professional discounts for licensed nail technicians?

What should I do if my items arrive damaged?
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and your order number. We will ship out a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
