Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and including a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship to Nails Plus

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
